CMS should address the following factors related to Title attribute
- Can Title for each page be manually added & can be 100% different?

Can page HTML Title and Page Title be different (Say the Page HTML title says "Best Printing Company in California" and the Page Title/Blog Title is "How to Judge a good Printing Company" .. Page Title is like Page heading visible on the page. Also when it is synced to another page Page Title should be used not the Page HTML title.
