CMS should address the following factors related to URL attribute
- URL Stucture - Can the keyword be added to the URL (Generall for every page the keyword can be added, Example: domain.com/…../best-page.html or /best-page/ (both are good). This and the next is more or less same but still different.
- By default, the last part of the URL can take the Page Title, convert space to - (Hyphens) but have you made sure there is a way to change the URL manually.
- URL Stucture - Can the Page be put under different category and the URL takes up the category like domain.com/bags/expensive-bags/brand-bag/ …. Category URL is taken as the parent folder. This is a very good practice to cluster pages.

There is no unwanted words in the url like domain.com/index/best-page/ … here index is unwanted word.
