Understand The Business
The 1st phase is to understand the business.
So the question is how to do it?
These are the questions should be answered, either by the client or by research
- What does it do?
- How does it do?
- Why does it do?
- What is the market, what is the target?
- How can I have the detail knowledge about their products and services?
- What is the business model?
- How they earn profit?
- Online market feasibility
There are various other questions should be answered. This can only be done by research work or by filling up the questionnaire sent to client( that is easier we believe). Sufficient time has to be spent for it and do proper research work to understand the business. If any question is arised and not resolved, the same can be askedto the client.
Note: This phase is not be ignored. Please mote that this phase is very very important and to be more specific, this is the phase PPC starts from.
